Mark Ferguson Tributes

    From Russ Johnson:

I still can't believe this is real. Mark was my Brother in Law and we
first started golfing together in 2007. We used to text each other on
the nicest day of the week and go play 9 holes at Highland or Boomerang.
The texts would simply read, "Nice Day!" and we would both do everything
we could to rearrange our schedule to make it out to the course that day.
Over the past 18 years we have shared Hundreds and Hundreds of "Nice Days"
out on the course together. Mark was such a fun hang. He was a competitor
but he never took golf too seriously. When he would hit a bad shot he would
often throw two random words together to express his frustration and it would
always make us laugh. He loved to wear blue polo's and smoke grape flavored
cigars. I didn't know Mark as the Youtuber/Investor. I knew Mark as my golf
buddy, my big brother, uncle to my kids, and one of my very best friends! I
know he loved playing in the Men's League with everyone! Words cannot express
how much he will be missed. We were supposed to have so many more "Nice Days"
       together!

From a Youtube guy who has followed Mark for a long time:

This is a wonderful tribute to Mark from a guy that only knew him
through his InvestFourMore Youtube channel. Also throws out a good amount of
       humble wisdom during the video.

    From Cameron:

Mark you’ll be missed greatly buddy. You were and always will be one of
the most approachable kind human beings around. I always looked forward
to our matches but more importantly the company.
Rest easy my friend, hit em straight.

    From Andy:

This season, the Greeley Men’s League lost one of our own. Mark Ferguson
was a devoted father, coach, entrepreneur, golfer, and friend. He brought
heart and humor to every part of his life. Please keep his family in your
thoughts—and let’s dedicate this season to his memory.

    From JR:

        Mark Ferguson, Rest in Peace.
Sad, Sad day for not only the Golf League, but the entire city of Greeley.

I know Mark was extremely active in the community as a small business owner,
real estate investor, and car enthusiast. My heart goes out to all you
golf guys and **especially Russ Johnson** who's partnered up with Mark since
2013. You all have my deepest and most sincere condolences.

Mark has a Youtube channel which I'm assuming most of you know about.
I've been following his numerous and varied projects for at least 5 years,
and he's got roughly 2700 videos posted there. For those unawares:

One of his more interesting videos is from 3 weeks ago where he discusses
the huuuuuge Martin Lind project: "Billion Dollar Arena, Hotel And...."

This is a short clip, about 90 seconds. If you imagine this to be
Mark and his daughter singing, it will surely bring you to tears.

I, I just woke up from a dream
Where you and I had to say goodbye
And I don't know what it all means
But since I survived, I realized

Wherever you go, that's where I'll follow
                   Nobody's promised tomorrow
So I'ma love you every night like it's the last night
                   Like it's the last night

If the world was ending, I'd wanna be next to you
If the party was over and our time on Earth was through
I'd wanna hold you just for a while and die with a smile
If the world was ending, I'd wanna be next to you
